Stationears Roofing helps homeowners with a roof problem find independent local roofing contractors. That is the whole job. We are not a roofing company. We do not send crews, carry ladders or sign your work contract.

Why This Site Exists

A roof is hard to judge. You cannot see most of it, and the words used in the trade can sound like another language. A tired roof or a storm-beaten one leaves many homeowners unsure what to do first.

So this site explains the choices in simple words. The goal is that your next step feels clear before anyone starts work. We call that a Know your options approach.

How Matching Works

You send a request through the estimate form, or you call if a phone number is shown. You tell us a little about your home and what you see on the roof. We pass that along to a provider in our network who serves your part of the Denver area. The provider then contacts you to talk through the job.

Availability varies. Some providers can respond quickly, and others book out further. Ask the provider directly.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Show any license or insurance that local rules require
• Give a quote in writing before work begins
• Explain the materials and the steps in plain words
• Treat your home and yard with care
• Answer your questions honestly

You should still check these things yourself. Ask to see paperwork, and do not skip that step.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not repair, replace or install roofs.
• We do not set the price. The provider does.
• We do not decide whether your insurance will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask the provider to help document the damage for a claim.
• We do not promise a start date. Timing is between you and the provider.

How We Are Paid

Providers may pay a referral fee to the network when a homeowner request leads to a connection. Stationears Roofing does not charge you to send a request. Your quote comes from the provider, so compare it with care.

Do the Ground-Level Check First

Before you contact anyone, walk around the house. Look for missing shingles, dark streaks, sagging lines, bent gutters and stains on ceilings or in the basement. Take photos. Stay off the roof. Climbing can be dangerous, and you can also cause damage by stepping in the wrong place.
